We ALL know that you won't succeed without a thorough knowledge of your business. But that is just the START. You must also know YOURSELF (often harder to learn than a business) and MOST IMPORTANTLY you must know PEOPLE and HUMAN NATURE (how to handle others). Without this combination of knowledge you aren't doing yourself or anyone else justice.
